Return & Refund Policy

Food Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of food items under any circumstances to ensure food safety and quality standards.

Non-Food Items

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Include original receipt or order number with your return
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is damaged or incorrect

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: Up to 10 business days after receiving your return
  • You will receive email confirmation once your refund is processed
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide order number and clear photos/video of the issue
  3. We will review your claim within 2 business days
  4. Upon approval, we will either:
    • Ship a replacement item at no cost, or
    • Process a full refund including original shipping charges

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds if:

  • Items show signs of use or damage
  • Original packaging is missing
  • Return window has expired
  • Required documentation is not provided
