Food Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of food items under any circumstances to ensure food safety and quality standards.
Non-Food Items
- Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Include original receipt or order number with your return
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is damaged or incorrect
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: Up to 10 business days after receiving your return
- You will receive email confirmation once your refund is processed
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide order number and clear photos/video of the issue
- We will review your claim within 2 business days
- Upon approval, we will either:
- Ship a replacement item at no cost, or
- Process a full refund including original shipping charges
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds if:
- Items show signs of use or damage
- Original packaging is missing
- Return window has expired
- Required documentation is not provided
