Processing Times

• Standard Orders: 1-10 business days for processing before shipment
• Juice Orders: Up to 14 business days due to fresh preparation and demand
• Tracking information will be provided once your order is processed

Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

• All shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight
• Delivery estimates shown at checkout do not include processing time
• Final delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Shipping Carriers

We utilize both UPS and USPS for deliveries, selecting the most efficient carrier based on the following:

• Package weight
• Delivery location
• Service availability

Note: Delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Address Requirements

1. You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout
2. Address changes must be requested immediately after order placement
3. Contact our customer service team for any address updates
4. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information

Undeliverable Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address:

• The order will be canceled
• To reship the order, you must pay new shipping charges
• A new invoice will be emailed for reshipment approval
• Contact support to process a refund. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after receiving the returned package

• Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location
• LoveEarth.Online is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery
• We recommend choosing a delivery location where packages can be safely received
